Rooted in Care.

Built for Resilience.

ThriveWell Foundation empowers educators, healthcare professionals, and community leaders through healing-centered practice, leadership development, and collaborative approaches that support sustainable well-being across schools and communities.

Why ThriveWell Matters

Well-Being Is a Public Good

Across schools, healthcare systems, and community organizations, those who serve children and families are facing unprecedented strain. Burnout, disengagement, and harm are not individual shortcomings — they are indicators of systems in need of care, connection, and redesign.

ThriveWell Foundation was born from a simple but powerful conviction: care and connection must be at the center of education and community life. Grounded in decades of collective experience across education, behavioral health, and leadership, we provide evidence-informed tools and restorative frameworks that cultivate resilience and belonging. Through our programs and partnerships, we seek to create lasting systems of support where every educator, healthcare worker, and community leader has the space, resources, and relationships needed to truly thrive—so that the communities they serve can thrive as well.

ThriveWell Foundation exists to nurture the people who nurture our communities, strengthening both individuals and the systems that support them.

The Renewal Retreat

Burnout is not just an education crisis — it’s a community crisis. Educators, government administrators, and medical professionals carry enormous stress and responsibility. When they burn out, entire schools, hospitals, and communities feel the impact. One renewed teacher can reach 150 students in a single year, inspiring classrooms, schools, and districts — creating ripples of healing and possibility that extend far beyond campus walls.

The Renewal Retreat was created by ThriveWell Foundation to restore those at the heart of our classrooms, clinics, and civic institutions. This multi-day, immersive sanctuary in Fall 2026 will bring together 250 leaders for renewal, resilience, and practical tools to sustain well-being.
