Heal the Healers Retreat

Burnout is not just an education crisis — it’s a community crisis. Educators, government administrators, and medical professionals carry enormous stress and responsibility. When they burn out, entire schools, hospitals, and communities feel the impact.

The Heal the Healers Retreat was created by Thrive Well Foundation to restore those at the heart of our classrooms, clinics, and civic institutions. This multi-day, immersive sanctuary in Spring 2026 will bring together 250 leaders for renewal, resilience, and practical tools to sustain well-being.

Rooted in Care.

Built for Resilience.

Thrive Well Foundation was created to bring care, connection, and resilience to the forefront of education. Based in the Coachella Valley, we host Heal the Healers Retreats and provide wellness tools and practices designed to sustain both individual educators and entire school communities.

Our mission is simple: to nurture the people who nurture our children.

What to Expect

Unlike a typical conference or training, the retreat is a multi-day sanctuary for deep renewal:

  • Expert-led wellness workshops designed to teach practical tools for sustaining well-being

  • Restorative healing practices including mindfulness, yoga, and guided stress-reduction sessions

  • Cross-sector peer connection that fosters collaboration and shared understanding

Participants leave recharged, resilient, and equipped to maintain their well-being, lead with clarity, and bring positive impact back to their schools, hospitals, and communities.

Who Will Be There

This retreat brings together educators, government administrators, and medical personnel — the people who sustain our schools, hospitals, and civic institutions. By connecting across sectors, participants will:

  • Build a supportive professional network

  • Share experiences and best practices

  • Foster collaboration that strengthens community impact.

Participants may include:

  • Teachers & Administrators

  • District & County Leaders

  • Counselors & Behavioral Health Providers

  • School Safety & Classified Staff
